Andrey Likhachov, executive chef of China Club restaurant, decided to brighten up the November menu with the vivid colors and flavors of the Mediterranean.

Among the seasonal novelties there is thick and spicy Provencal fish soup with seabass filet, snapper, mussels, fresh basil and celery (550 RUB), flavorful gnocchi with porcini mushrooms (550), lamb ragout with vegetables (950), and seabass baked whole in a salt furnace (750). The portions are impressive!
