Habitues of the Erarta restaurant are well aware that its head chef Artyom Grebenshchikov is a great visionary and technical expert and that each new dish is an outstanding event for understanding diners.

Artyom is an ardent lover of tartares and his latest menu features two of them: fillet steak with sour cream and fried kale, and liver with pickled beetroot and gorgonzola ice-cream. The new menu also includes: roast duck salad with runner beans and baked peppers; brisket with broccoli and smoked buckwheat; duck breast with carrots and a sauce of blackcurrants and smoked vegetables.
